Game and Fish Casper Region to host public meetings to discuss Chapter 22 and 46 proposed regulation changes

CASPER – The Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Casper Region would like to invite the public to attend meetings to discuss the following regulations.  Fisheries managers will present the proposals and will be available to answer clarifying questions.

 

  • Chapter 22: Watercraft Regulations
  • Chapter 46: Fishing Regulations

 

Two meetings will take place in the Casper Region.

 

  • CASPER - Casper Regional Office, located at 3030 Energy Lane, on May 12 at 6 p.m.

  • RAWLINS - Jeffrey Center, located at 315 W. Pine on May 14 at 6p.m.

 

For those who cannot attend the meeting in person, a virtual meeting will be held on May 19 at 3 p.m. During this meeting, fisheries managers from around the state will present information regarding proposed regulation changes. The virtual meeting on Zoom can be joined using the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84206728741.

Copies of the proposed regulations are available on the Game and Fish website and at the address above in accordance with Chapter 1 Regulation Governing Access to Public Records.

 

Written comments shall be presented to the Game and Fish Commission prior to the public hearing at its July 2025 meeting in Evanston.
