Updated Safety Notice: North Platte River Flushing Flows Below Gray Reef Dam

Please be advised that the schedule for the flushing flows on the North Platte River below Gray Reef Dam has been adjusted due to equipment challenges.   Game and Fish and the Bureau of Reclamation are working together to inform the public of these changes. 

New Timing:

• Monday through Thursday: The flushing flows will now begin at 7:30 a.m.

• All other days through March 14:  The flushing flows will begin at 3:00 a.m.

   

Safety Warning for Anglers:

Anglers who are on the water early in the morning should be aware that water levels will increase starting at 7:30 a.m.
