Project WILD and Project Learning Tree K-12 Nature Education Workshop



This very popular nature education workshop for K-12 educators is being offered for FREE thanks to a generous grant from the Southwest Muley Fanatics Foundation and EXXONMobil. The workshop is open to any educator, formal or nonformal classroom. There is 1 PTSB credit for FREE. If you want UW graduate credit the cost is $50. Please contact Lucy Wold at Game and Fish to preregister at 307-875-3223. The dates are February 23-24, 2019 8 am to 5 pm, at WWCC Rock Springs Campus, room 1309.

Platte County migration corridor public meeting
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department invites members of the public to join in discussions about the management of mule deer migration corridors in the Platte Valley. Presentation on the process Game and Fish uses to designate migration corridors, as well as how they formulate recommendations to land management agencies. The meeting will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Platte Valley Community Center, 201 W. Elm Street in Saratoga.

Open House Season Setting Meeting- Powell
Visit with local Game and Fish personnel about the 2019 hunting season recommendations for big game, small game and upland game birds in the Bighorn Basin.
