What is WY Brand Industries?

We are an essential component of the Wyoming Department of Corrections.  As part of our mission statement, we are dedicated to providing inmates with active opportunities to become law-abiding citizens.  Each of our five facilities are equipped with garment, printing and specialty factories.  Each inmate working for WY Brand Industries earns a small wage that is put toward their financial obligations, including victim’s restitution, legal fees and personal savings.  This and many other programs at WDOC help maintain public safety by reducing offender recidivism rates.
