The Pilot Hill HMA is open August 15 - January 31 for the take of Antelope, Deer, Elk, Black Bear, Spring and Fall Turkey, Game Birds, Mountain Lion and Moose during the specific season as published in the current Wyoming Game & Fish Commission Regulations.

* Unlimited permission slips available for the taking of Black Bear, Mountain Lion, Moose, Game Birds, Small Game and Fall and Spring Turkey.
* Applying and hunting times are on tables below.
* All dog used for hunting and walking must be on a leash
* No trapping allowed
* Foot and Horseback only (no motorized vehicles or bicycles allowed in HMA)
* Closed to unauthorized human presence from February 1 through April 30
* No bear baiting allowed
