Casper – The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is proposing to change the management objective in Antelope Hunt Areas 71 and 72 from special to recreational management. This change would result in a shift from managing for a preseason buck ratio of 60-70 to a ratio of 30-59 per 100 does. This shift in strategy would increase license opportunity in these hunt areas as harvest would be used to maintain buck ratios at recreational levels. Game and Fish is requesting your feedback on this proposed change via a brief online survey.
