Heading Location: Begins at USFS-BLM boundary and extends upstream to upper extend of historical YSC population.

How to get there: Travel north on state highway 287 north out of Dubois until reaching the USFS boundary and continue about 3.75 miles further to Forest Road 513 on the right. Travel down FR 513 about 4.75 miles to the Middle Fork Long Creek crossing. Just before the bridge there is a 2-track on the left that can be taken in dry conditions, otherwise park in a turnout and hike to the study site just upstream from the bridge. The instream flow segment runs from the boundary between USFS and BLM property upstream to the upper extent of the YCT population.
