The Cutt-Slam program was so successful for adults we thought we would start a similar challenge for kids -  the Wyoming Youth Fish Challenge.  The challenge offers young anglers the chance to earn a certificate for the different species fish they catch. It is also a way to expose kids to the community fisheries we have across Wyoming.  Here’s how kids can participate:

• Go fishing!  
• When you catch a fish, take a selfie with the fish, and record what kind of fish it was, where it was you caught it and what the date was.  
• Determine what challenges your catch qualifies you for and send in your paperwork, available on our website.  

Pretty easy. Kids will  receive a full color certificate in the mail honoring their accomplishments!
There is nothing more fun than taking a kid fishing...and it is really exciting to hear the stories from kids and their parents about their adventures with the Wyoming Youth Fish Challenge!
