Falconry

Falconry is the taking of quarry by means of a trained raptor and includes the taking of raptors from the wild to use in falconry and caring for, training and possessing live raptors.

This regulation provides for specific definitions, falconry permits, facilities, care and equipment requirements, raptor capture licenses, banding of raptors, hunting with raptors and raptor propagation.
