CHEYENNE —The Wyoming Game and Fish Department recently earned recognition for communication efforts in 2025. During the Association for Conservation Information annual conference last month, Game and Fish won five awards. “It’s wonderful to see our talented staff recognized by their national professional organization for their outstanding work.” said Wyoming Game and Fish Director, Angi Bruce. 

Awards include:

• First place, Best Social Media Campaign, for the “Cody mule deer” campaign.
• Second place, Magazine Wildlife Article, for “Leader of the pack,” from the January 2025 issue of Wyoming Wildlife.
• Second place Poster, for “Wyoming’s riparian corridors,” from the September 2025 issue of Wyoming Wildlife.
• Second place, Calendar, for the Wyoming Wildlife calendar, published as the November issue.
• Third place, Video Feature: How to/Instructional, for “Elk calling” video.
