This regulation establishes rules governing watercraft registration processes, watercraft safety equipment requirements, provisions for boat races, regattas and water ski tournaments, waterway marking, personal watercraft, and waters on which the operation of certain watercraft is restricted or prohibited.

Watercraft Regulation - This regulation was approved by the Commission at their July, 2025 meeting. The regulation does not go into effect until signed by the Governor which may take up to 75 days.
