The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission own approximately four acres along the North Platte River on the west side of the city of Casper off Wyoming Highway 220 just off Robertson Road that comprises North Platte River – Robertson Road Public Access Area. The area features a parking area, modern comfort station, an improved boat ramp, and access to approximately 1/16th-mile of river aces for fishing. This area is popular with both anglers and recreational floaters. The river provides quality fishing year-round for rainbow and brown trout. No hunting, trapping, camping, or fires allowed. All pets must be on a leash. WGFD does not plow the access road and parking area in the winter.
