East Allen Lake PAA is located one mile south of Medicine Bow on the Medicine Bow-McFadden Road. This area is managed through a cooperative agreement between the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission and the Bureau of Land Management. There are two parking areas and 3 miles of lakeshore access, which fishermen can use to fish the 250-acre lake. The south parking area is developed with an outhouse and boat ramp. The lake provides quality fishing year round for Bear River, Tiger, Rainbow Trout, and waterfowl hunting.
