Wyoming Game and Fish Commission to meet in Torrington Sept. 9-10
The meeting on Sept. 9 will encompass a tour of the Downar Bird Farm and the Springer/Bump Sullivan Wildlife Habitat Management Area beginning at 8 a.m. The general public is invited, but will need to provide their own transportation. The regular open session meeting will begin later that day at 1 p.m.
Agenda items include presentations by the Wyoming Board of Agriculture on animal damage management projects, grazing plans on the Red Rim Daley and Grizzly Wildlife Habitat Management areas. The commission will also hear a proposal on the Porter Public Fishing and Hunting easement on the Salt River and Christensen Creek.
