September Commission meeting to be held in Kemmerer, public comment welcomed

Cheyenne - The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission’s next meeting is coming up and the public will have the chance to hear important information and offer comments. The next meeting is September 7, 2016 in Kemmerer, Wyoming at the South Lincoln Training and Events Center, 215 Wyoming Highway 233.

Agenda topics at the September Commission meeting include: Chapter 23, Regulation Governing Uses of Lands and Waters Acquired or Administered by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission changes; sheep population objectives; several license selling appointments, and an update on chronic wasting disease management. A full agenda is available on the Game and Fish website.

The public will have opportunity to provide feedback to the Commission on September 7, noted on the agenda as “Call to the Public.”  The meeting will also be live-streamed on the Internet. Learn more and watch here.
