Game and Fish seeks public comment on access to records, fur dealers and tanneries regulations
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is holding a public meeting in Cheyenne and has opened a comment period to gather public input on proposed regulations governing access to records, fur dealers and tanneries. The change in the public records regulation is to have Game and Fish’s rules for records be consistent with other state agencies. The other proposed changes are generally to update and shorten these regulations All interested parties are encouraged to attend a public meeting on Sept. 26 at 5:30 p.m. at the Game and Fish Headquarters, 5400 Bishop Blvd.

Written comments on the proposed regulations will be accepted through 5 p.m. on Oct. 2 online or by mailing:

Copies of the proposed regulations are available on the Game and Fish website and at the address above in accordance with Chapter 1 Regulation Governing Access to Public Records. Written comments will be presented to the Game and Fish Commission prior to the public hearing at their Nov. 14-15 meeting in Lovell at the Lovell Community Center.
