The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is aware of the opinion from the Court of Appeals in Washington, DC issued March 3, 2017. This decision from the three judge panel states, “We reverse the judgment vacating the Rule and otherwise affirm.” Game and Fish is awaiting further direction from the State’s attorneys regarding the next steps and impacts of this opinion from the Court of Appeals.
