How to get there - From Dubois, go about 10 miles east on Highway 26/287. Look for a sign on your left next to a good gravel road with separate signs indicating the East Fork Road and the WGFD Spence/Moriarity and Inberg/Roy WHMA. Turn left here and go about 6 1/2 miles to a fork in the road just before reaching the bridge over the Wiggins Fork (the first large stream you'll encounter entering from the north). You'll cross onto the WHMA in about 1/2 mile and the instream flow segment extends upstream from this point about 3.7 miles to its confluence with Little Alkali Creek. You can pull over along the road a safe distance and walk over to the stream throughout this reach.
