Begins at irrigation diversion just upstream of FR513 - extends upstream to extent of YSC population
Travel north on state highway 287 north out of Dubois until reaching the USFS boundary and continue about 3.75 miles further to Forest Road 513 on the right. Travel down FR 513 about 1.75 miles to Forest Road 548 on the left. Follow FR 548 for about 0.4 mile and park along the road to hike to the stream. The instream flow segment begins just upstream of the Smith irrigation ditch (a little upstream of FR 513).
