From the confluence with Robbers Roost Creek down to the Forest Service boundary.
Although this instream flow segment is located entirely on U. S. Forest Service land, the only practical access is across private lands through which public access is NOT allowed. Wyoming statute 41-3-1012 clearly states that public access to streams with instream flow water rights is not guaranteed or required.
