From the culvert under highway 287 upstream to the upper extent of the YSC conservation population.
Travel north on state highway 287 north out of Dubois until reaching the Falls USFS campground and travel about 3.2 miles further. Park along the road and hike up to the stream. The instream flow segment begins at the highway 297 road crossing and upstream.
