How to get there - Go south from Rawlins on the Deep Creek Road. About 38 miles south of town and about a mile after you've passed High Savery Reservoir (on your right), turn right (southwest) on the Brown's Hill Road. In about 6 miles the road crosses over Savery Creek. There's public fishing in the stream on both sides of the road, but as the summer progresses and air temperatures increase, the fishing is probably better on the north side (towards High Savery Reservoir) due to cooler water temperatures closer to the dam. Note that the Brown's Hill Road is negotiable by most vehicles when it's dry but can be virtually impassable due to mud immediately following a rain storm.
