How to get there - Take Highway 290 west from Meeteetse WY 11.9 miles. Where Highway 290 (paved road) ends, stay right on the Pitchfork Road (USFS road 208; county road 4LX) for 19.9 miles to the Jack Creek trailhead. The instream flow segment begins at the mouth of Jack Creek and extends upstream about 2.5 miles.
