From the confluence of West Fork Lake Creek and Lake Creek down to BLM boundary.
From Smoot, take highway 89 about 16 miles south to the national forest boundary and then continue on the highway another 3.2 miles and look for a two track road (BLM Road 4216) that takes off to the east just as the paved road turns sharply west. Take the two-track road (that parallels Coal Creek about two miles. Huff Creek joins Coal Creek on your left (south). Cross over Coal Creek and you can drive along the east side of Huff Creek. The instream flow segment extends almost 3.5 miles upstream from its confluence with Coal Creek. There's a developed campground back up Highway 89 (toward Smoot) on Little White Creek if you want to camp out here and fish several instream flow segments from this central location.
