How to get there - Take highway 14 east from Greybull and past the town of Shell to the Shell Falls visitor center. From there, travel approximately 0.75 mile further east to a 2-track road (Forest Rd 264). You can travel a short distance up the road in a high clearance 4-wheel drive vehicle, but ATVs are recommended at this point. You can take ATVs to Brindle creek, but have to hike from there on well defined trail to a bridge crossing of Cedar Ck.
