Just upstream of irrigation diversion all the way up to Washakie wilderness.
From Dubois, take Forest Road 285 (Horse Creek road) north about 12 miles and take a left of Forest Road 510 which heads up the Burroughs Creek watershed. Travel about 0.3 mile and cross the irrigation ditch then take the next right down toward the creek. If the road is dry, you can drive all the way to the creek, but if it’s wet, park in the first available turnout and hike down. The instream flow segment runs from just upstream of the little horse creek diversion ditch upstream to the Washaskie wilderness boundary.
