You bet it is! The Wyoming Game and Fish Department family camp is so fun, kids and adults alike love coming.

Campers get to shoot archery, see petroglyphs, go hiking in the mountains, play games, practice spincasting, go geocaching, roast s’mores around a campfire, learn outdoor survival and maybe even spot some bighorn sheep! The best part? Game and Fish has all the details handled.

Game and Fish is hosting a series of three and four-day overnight family camps — as well as overnight camps for youth — this summer at the department’s top-notch outdoor educational facility near Dubois. Past participants have raved about the delicious meals served at camp as well as the variety of activities and focus on ecology and outdoor skills. Full details, packing information, a listing of activities and registration forms are available on the website. Don’t let this great family bonding opportunity fly by - registration closes May 15.
