The Von Gontard Public Access Area (PAA) is located on a lease from the Hereford-Bally Ranch along the Snake River, 6 miles south of Jackson, Wyoming via US Hwy 89/26. Von Gontard PAA is at the confluence of Flat Creek and the Snake River. This PAA provides parking for fishing and boating access only, no camping or overnight parking, fires or hunting. This PAA is open from March 1 through November 30 and the access road and parking area are not plowed during the winter season.
