Foote PAA is located 1.5 miles north of Saratoga on Wyoming Highway 130. This area is managed through a cooperative agreement between the Wyoming Game & Fish Commission and private landowners. There are 2 parking areas and 2.75 miles of pedestrian access for fishing that extends from midstream of the stream outward 50’ above the high water line. The river provides quality fishing year round for brown and rainbow trout.
