Mile High Ranch Public Access Area (PAA) adjoins, and is directly north and west of Ocean Lake WHMA. Mile High Ranch PAA provides year-round public access. Pheasant hunting is popular on this PAA due to the proximity to Ocean Lake WHMA, where pheasants are stocked throughout November.
