Killebrew PAA is located approximately 1/2 mile north of Hwy 134 (Missouri Valley Road), north of Ocean Lake WHMA. Access is directly across Hwy 134 from Shady Lane on the northwest corner of Ocean Lake WHMA. Maxon is well known for its hilly topography and cover, which holds pheasants well and provides a unique bird hunting experience.
