Please review the general regulations. Limited to easement area marked. No hunting, overnight camping, open fires or fireworks. Anglers should be aware of the artificial only section between the reservoirs (Viva Naughton and Kemmerer City). Easement road and parking area not plowed in winter.

The Bagley Public Access Area (PAA) on the Hams Fork river is a 50’ pedestrian fishing only access on both sides of the river and connects to another 50’ easement that continues to the Peternal Access Area and beyond. A fence style (ladder), provides access to the river. The Hams Fork river has a population of Rainbow, Brown, Brook, Colorado River Cutthroat and an occasional Tiger trout. Visit the Bagley Access Area on the Hams Fork river by traveling north from Kemmerer, WY on highway 223 towards Lake Viva Naughton 9.3 miles. The access road and parking area are not plowed during the winter season.
