Elk Mountain Reservoir PAA is located on State Trust Lands approximately 2 miles northwest of the town Elk Mountain on State Highway 72. The area is managed by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission and an “agreement to render service” with Wyoming Department of Transportation. There is one parking area, which provides safe access to the reservoir for fishing and hunting.
