Diamond Lake PAA is located 35 miles West of Laramie on Interstate-80 and 7 miles North on Cooper Cove Road. The area is managed through a permanent easement between the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission and Wheatland Irrigation District. This allows access 100’ above the high water line around the entire lake. There are two parking areas and 3 miles of lakeshore access, which fishermen can use to fish the 220-acre lake. The lake provides quality fishing year round for Brook, Cutthroat and Rainbow Trout and waterfowl hunting opportunities.
