The Wind River-Dunoir Public Access Area (PAA) is located on a an easement on the Jakey's Fork of the Wind River, northwest of Dubois. The PAA is accessed from directly from US Hwy 287/26 and has a single parking area adjacent to Hwy287/26. Wind River-Dunoir provides parking for fishing access only, no camping, fires or hunting. Fishing for cutthroat, brown, and rainbow trout, and mountain whitefish is excellent on the upper Wind River. The Wind River-Dunoir does not have a boat launch. In the riparian areas along the river moose, whitetail deer, mule deer and Pronghorn antelope are common. The Wind River-Dunoir PAA is located northwest of Dubois, WY.
