The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission hold easements on private land for an access road, parking area, and a 25’ fishing easement. North Platte River – Paradise Valley is on the west side of the city of Casper approximately 1¼-miles north of Wyoming Highway 220 on Robertson Road. There is one parking area and almost one-1/4-mile of river access for fishing. The river provides quality fishing year-round for rainbow and brown trout. No hunting, trapping, camping, or fires allowed. All pets must be on a leash. WGFD does not plow the access road and parking area in the winter.
