The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission own 5.3-acres approximately nine miles southwest of Casper, just off Wyoming Highway 220 that comprises North Platte River – Hartnett. There is a parking area and almost ¼-mile of river access for fishing. The river provides quality fishing year-round for rainbow and brown trout. There are no comfort station facilities here. No hunting, trapping, camping, or fires allowed. WGFD does not plow the parking area in the winter.
