Monolith PAA is located 2 miles south west of Laramie on Wyoming Highway 230. This area is managed through a cooperative agreement between the Wyoming Game and Fish Dept. and the City of Laramie. There is one parking area and over 3 miles of river access for fishing. The parking area is developed with an outhouse. The river provides quality fishing year round for brown and rainbow trout.
