Five Mile Bridge Public Access Area (PAA) is a walk-in easement on the old Fear ranch with a 50’ public fishing easement on the west side of the Green river north from the parking area and also a fishing and waterfowl hunting easement from the south of Five Mile Bridge on both sides of the river. The access has a parking area, restroom, but no camping or fires are permitted. A fence style (ladder), provides access to the river. River banks are stabilized by large boulders near the bridge, use caution. Fishing for Brown trout, Rainbow trout, and Mountain Whitefish can be excellent on the upper Green river. Find the Fear access areas south of Big Piney, WY, 5.7 miles turn on Reardon Draw road the Five Mile Bridge access is on the left. The access road and parking area are not plowed during the winter season.
