The Blackmon Public Access Area (PAA) in Daniel, WY on the Green river is a parking area with restrooms that provides walk-in access to fishing and some waterfowl hunting. A variety of game fish species are found in the upper Green including Brown and Rainbow trout and Mountain Whitefish. Moose, deer, and antelope frequent the access area. A tour of the Daniel Fish Hatchery is a short distance away. The Daniel/Blackmon access area is located on Pape Rd (Sublette County Rd 23-150) 13 miles northwest of Pinedale on Hwy 191. The access road and parking area are not plowed during the winter season.
