Gelatt Lake PAA is located 12 miles west of Laramie on Pahlow Lane. The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission manage the area. There are two parking areas and 1.2 miles of lakeshore access which fishermen can use to fish the 35-acre lake. The parking area is developed with outhouse, boat ramp, boat dock and is handicap accessible. The lake provides quality fishing year round for Rainbow Trout, Snake River Cutthroat and hunting opportunities.
