Baggot Rocks PAA is located 4 miles northeast of Riverside off of Carbon County Road 680. The area is managed through an easement between the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission and the State Land Board. There are two parking areas and one mile of pedestrian access for fishing. The Encampment River provides quality fishing year round for brown and rainbow trout.
