Black Elk Pond features rear round access and seasonal fishing for Black Crappie, Bluegill, Channel Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Rainbow Trout, and Yellow perch. Amenities include, a graveled parking area, ADA accessible comfort station, and fishing dock. Access is provided through a cooperative agreement with the Newcastle Country Club and the City of Newcastle. Use is limited to daylight hours only. No water craft permitted.
