From the confluence with Frontier Creek down the confluence with Little Alkali Creek.
From Dubois, go about 10 miles east on Highway 26/287. Look for a sign on your left next to a good gravel road with separate signs indicating the East Fork Road and the WGFD Spence/Moriarity and Inberg/Roy WHMA. Turn left here and go about 6 1/2 miles to a fork in the road just before reaching the bridge over the Wiggins Fork (the first large stream you'll encounter entering from the north). The road crosses onto the WHMA in about 1/2 mile and you should continue on paralleling the Wiggins Fork another 3 1/2 miles to where it forks just after crossing Little Alkali Creek. The lower road continues on a short distance but gradually angles away from the creek. You can pull over along the road anywhere here and walk over to the stream. The instream flow segment extends another 7 miles upstream to its confluence with Frontier Creek. There's another access road that reaches this section of the Wiggins Fork from the Bear Creek Road. Check out a Shohshone National Forest map for directions from there. This is grizzly bear country so it would be wise to carry bear spray, especially when fishing the upper portions of this segment on national forest lands.
