Red Creek - Segment No. 1

Heading Location: From the boundary between Sections 34 and 3 down to the confluence with Little Red Creek.

How to get there: Take highway 191 south from Rock Springs about 29 miles. As the highway makes a sweeping bend to the West, look for a 2-track road that intersects the highway both directions. Turn left (east) and go about 6 miles to a "T" intersection with a road running north/south. Turn right and travel almost due south for about 4 1/2 miles to where the road crosses Red Creek. There's public access to the instream flow segment for about 5 miles. Downstream from the road crossing the instream flow segment passes through about a half mile of private lands to which public access is not allowed.
