From the forks of the North and South Forks down to the BLM boundary.
From Cokeville in far western Wyoming, go north on Highway 89 about 10.5 miles to Border Junction and stay to the right (north). Continue on Highway 89 another 4.2 miles and look for a well gravelled lane heading to the east with fences along both sides. There's also a sign on the highway that says "Raymond" but points to the west toward the small community of Raymond, Idaho - but turn east. The lane is a county road provided courtesy of the Lincoln County Commission that condemned the old road to provide public access to hunting and fishing on the adjoining BLM land. From the border of the BLM land at the end of this road, the instream flow segment extends upstream about 1.5 miles to the confluence of the north and south forks of Raymond Creek.
