From the confluence with an unnamed tributary down to the confluence with the Smiths Fork River.
From the small town of Smoot in far western Wyoming, go south on highway 89 about 7 and a half miles to the Salt River Pass. Turn off (east) on the Smiths Fork Road (Forest Service road 10072). Go about 11 miles on this well-maintained gravel road. Poker Hollow will flow under a bridge just as you drive out of the relatively narrow canyon into a wide open meadow. You can park near the bridge or drive a little further and turn off (left or north) into a primitive camping area and start fishing.
