From the confluence with an unnamed tributary down to the confluence with the Greybull River.
Take Highway 290 west from Meeteetse WY 11.9 miles. Where Highway 290 (paved road) ends, stay right on the Pitchfork Road (USFS road 208; county road 4LX) for 19.9 miles to the Jack Creek trailhead. The instream flow segment begins at the mouth of Jack Creek and extends upstream about 2.5 miles.
