From the confluence with Anderson Creek downstream to the boundary of the State-owned property.
Take Highway 290 west from Meeteetse WY 11.9 miles. Where Highway 290 (paved road) ends, stay right on the Pitchfork Road (USFS road 208; county road 4LX) for 19.9 miles to the Jack Creek trailhead. The instream flow segment begins a short distance downstream from the trailhead at the eastern boundary of a state trust ssection and extends upstream about 4.3 miles to the mouth of Anderson Creek.
