From the confluence the north & south forks down to a barrier in the NWNE quarter of Section 29.
Although this instream flow segment is located entirely on U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management lands, road access is across private property. Wyoming statute 41-3-1012 states that instream flow water rights do not implicitly grant the right to access streams by driving or walking across privately owned lands. You can reach this stream by hiking about a mile from FS Road 830. You'll need a good Forest Service or topographic map and possibly a GPS unit. Park in section 28 of township 15 north, range 87 west for the most proximal starting point.
